Ways is a design focussed innovation start up solving (Patent pending) the premier problems of this country i.e. to decongest Toll Plazas. 


We are bunch of crazy people who thought that they could solve this gigantic problem and we did solve it. 
We will be live soon at Worli Sea Link toll plaza in Mumbai. 

We're looking for a talented, and highly-motivated Senior/Lead PHP Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for evolving  and scaling our platform to enable us to revolutionise the Tolling industry.  

There is a lot of scope for responsibility and the individual should be comfortable with taking ownership of [and managing] all aspects of the stack.

Qualifications :

- Solid PHP experience

- Solid Object Oriented (OO) knowledge - polymorphism, inheritance, encapsulation.

- Some experience with an MVC framework. This could be with Zend, Smarty, Symfony, Laravel, Kohana, Codeigniter, etc.

- Some JavaScript experience.

- Experience or Exposure to Magento or Zend - Angular, React, Redux, jQuery, jQuery UI, Node, Backbone, Bootstrap, or any other JavaScript library/framework.

- MySQL, MongoDB, Hadoop, or other NoSQL tools.

- Experience to Linux operating system.
