Technical Lead-Front End (React js)

We are looking for a Technical Lead -Front-end(React js) to craft awesome user interfaces, interactions to help scale multiple SaaS products.

What You Will Do

● Design and drive front-end architecture and design for a UI frame with reusable components, modules with focus on extensibility, usability, consistency, and security

● Hire, Lead and Mentor a team of lead engineers, developers (Front-End / UI) as well contribute in a hands-on role as required.

● Recommend and drive implementation of best practices and standards for the team such as dependency management, build systems, linting, compiling, minifying, performance optimization and testing

● Collaborate with Engineering Leads, QA, product managers, UX designers and others to build scalable products

What you will need

● 6-8 years solid JavaScript and Front-end product development with solid knowledge of html,CSS-in-JS, sass.

● Knowledge on various state management techniques (REDUX, React Context API + Hooks, Mobx)

● OOP/functional design principles/experience building JavaScript applications

● Foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.

● Understanding and expertise with at least one Frontend & UI frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.Js, Material, Bootstrap etc (Preferred currently working on react)

● Experience of complex event-driven architectures and building multi-tenant applications

● Experience with multi-threading, concurrent programming, memory management, and performance optimisation

● Experience with unit testing libraries such as Mocha, Jest, Chai, Enzyme

● Passion for quality and engineering excellence at scale

● Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments

What we would love to see

● Architecture design and definition experience using Ruby, Java or other Server side technologies, frameworks

● Familiarity with Docker, containerised deployments and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

● Knowledge and contribution to open source or GitHub projects
