UI/UX Designer

Crimzoncode is looking out for a UI/UX Designer, responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphics elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to see you.

Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience 
• Design new products - You’ll be responsible for iterating on prototypes and crafting elegant visual design on the product. You’ll focus on intuitive interactions, making sure you stay updated with current emerging UI and digital behavior trends design innovations 
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering 
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks 
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas 
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders 
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback 
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Must have

• Proven UI experience 
• 1-4 years of experience in UI research for web, mobile, or emerging platforms 
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio 
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps 
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools 
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction 
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders 
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively 
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies 
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related 
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

Good to have

• Have designed consumer internet products with at least 1 million MAU 
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping 
• The designer should have worked on "Figma" our current design files are in figma
