Senior Mobile App Developer

Job Description

• Development of cross-platform applications for the Drife Platform using React Native.

• Work closely with the backend and design team members to consume the services and deliver high-performance applications.

• Write maintainable and high-quality code yourself and engage in peer review of other’s code.

• Work closely with blockchain, UI/UX design, and frontend teams to develop and integrate new features.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript along with HTML, DOM, CSS, CSS. preprocessors/SASS, CDNs, browser cache expiry/cookie domains, asset versioning, and comfort with RESTful APIs and JSON format.

• 3 to 5 years of solid experience in developing Native Android/iOS and cross-platform apps using React Native.

• Familiarity with Google Map SDK and APIs and experience with Google Firebase - Cloud Messaging, Authentication, Storage Buckets, etc.

• Familiarity with the platforms' basic features such as location services, push notifications, etc.

• Expertise with code version control tools like GitHub.

• Knowledge of the open-source modules and NPM libraries available for common tasks.

• Experience in integrating Swift/Objective-C/Java libraries with React Native.

• Prior experience releasing applications to the Apple and Google Play stores and ability to work with Apple Developer Center.

• Hands-on experience using State Management Libraries like Redux.

• Familiarity with Android Studio and Xcode IDE.

• Strong engineering background of Bachelors or Masters (preferably in Computer Science).

• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to clearly articulate your thoughts.

• Ability to design/develop/support new/existing apps, and perform unit testing and integration testing.
