Junior Ruby on Rails Developer (Freshers can also apply)

GeoSnapShot is a global sports photography selling platform based in Australia. We're all about empowering amateur and professional photographers earn money by selling captivating photos of participants in sporting events. We support some of the largest brands as well as up & coming photographers in the US, UK, Europe & Australia.

We're looking for a new member for our engineering team who has built atleast one backend application with a relational database. We're looking for someone who cares about their work and craft and will be offered with operational independance, mentoring & lots of room to grow and compensated decently.

• Ruby on Rails
• JavaScript experience
• Good to have ReactJs experiencee
• Mindful of clean code and software design
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate with a team

What you'll be working on -  Our backend is mainly Ruby on Rails and the frontend is a mix of good ol' jQuery and ReactJS. We do have few Go microservices and integrate with AWS Lambda & Rekognition to do some really cool machine learning stuff.

You will be working on oiling and maintaining our current Rails machine and also working on an exciting product roadmap that we have for 2022 and beyond.
