About Workfolio:
Workfolio is a bootstrapped and profitable startup building workforce analytics software. We are expanding into HR tech products, with a fully remote team and headquarters in Chennai.

About the Role:
Workfolio is seeking a skilled full stack developer to help build and manage our products. As part of our team, you will develop and optimize new features, enhance performance, and maintain existing functionalities to improve productivity for our users. You will also play a key role in backend and cloud system design, integration, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage front-end, back-end, and integrations for user-facing or internal web applications.
Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and backend systems.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
Collaborate with other teams to enable cross-functional integrations.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain products to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Basic Qualifications and Skills:
1-3 years of full-stack development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, HTML, and CSS.
Expertise in full-stack development using the MERN stack (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Strong experience with version control systems (Git).
Solid knowledge of SQL database systems (PostgreSQL preferred).
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and developing production-grade APIs.
Strong understanding of ES6-ES2020, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and DevOps workflows.
Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean).
Prior experience working at a startup is a plus.
