Wordpress and CMS Developer (Remote)

15+ online retail brands in over 60 countries. The company has offices in India as well as the USA
and serves global markets including the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Middle East and
Southeast Asia. We’re rapidly growing our core business, expanding internal tools and launching new products, and
are opening this position to support our growth.

We are seeking a WordPress Developer to join our team. This position requires a combination of
programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding
element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on).

Responsibilities
● Designing and implementing new features and functionality for our WordPress sites.
● Managing setting via CMS for our eCommerce websites - in Spree.
● Following SOPs provided to launch our Spree eCom stores
● Collaborating with internal teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
● Ensuring high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency across our digital assets.
● Staying up-to-date with industry trends and WordPress updates to keep our Wordpress sites
modern and secure.

Requirements
● Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
● Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
● Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
● Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
● Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
● Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git).
● Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
● Experience working with DNS records & AWS Infrastructure
● Ability to manage projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
