In the last two quarters, we have delivered more than 1875+ orders with a Revenue of more than ₹2.85 Crores, and have validated product market fit, which can be scaled up. As of date, Smerkato is in early discussion to raise Seed Funds.

To fuel up this Growth Journey, Smerkato is establishing a Team of Talented Individuals across multiple areas. Technology is the backbone of any modern-day startup as it not only helps to solve the problem at hand but also acts as an enabler of rapid scale

We are looking for an experienced top-notch Technical Lead for our dev team. Below are the Responsibilities and the Requirements.

 Responsibilities

1. Experience in developing and designing applications and web services in a Service-Oriented
2. Strong aptitude for writing efficient, extensible and readable code
3. Manage e-Commerce implementation and rollouts, upgrading the system, apply design thinking and User Experience techniques
4. Bring the innovation and external experience in processes such as deployment, cloud services and microservices, analyze the system performance, etc.
5. Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people with a variety of skills, disciplines, experience and personalities.
7. Reviews and Analysis code 
8. Team Mentoring and counseling
9. Manage day to day technical challenges and communicate to project manager any risks or issues associated with the development activities

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in an eCommerce development project. Experience in architecting the development of eCommerce applications. 
2. Preferably graduated from NIT
3. Good understanding of AWS services - EC2, Backup, Load balancing, Route53, DNS, etc
4. Architecture, including the use of RESTFUL services and API gateways
5. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g.  Angular, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery)
6. Experience with modern web frameworks especially  Django and template engines like ReactJS, NodeJS other related Javascript libraries.
7. Experience in Agile Methodology.
8. Monitored and handled 3 to 5 teams
