Chatbot Developer

Job Description :

Responsible for developing/maintaining, testing, debugging, deploying and monitoring chatbot applications.
Essential:
- 2-4  years of relevant experience in chatbots and natural language processing.
- Understanding of conversational UI
- Experience with configuring, supporting and integrating various software systems, APIs, etc with the chatbot.
- Experience with configuring, supporting and integrating the chatbot and various messaging channels.
- Good understanding of training classical Machine learning algorithms along with an understanding of choosing the right evaluation metric.
- Ability to use pretrained models and fine tune them if required.
- Experience with REST APIs and other web services.
- Experience in working with any chatbot platforms like Botpress or Rasa
- Experience with any one of the technologies (JavaScript, Node.js or Python).
Nice to have:
- Perform keyword and topic extraction from chat logs.
- Voiced based processing (text to speech, speech to text)
- Should have prior understanding or working experience with voice based apps
