• -- Convert layouts a web designer created into a fully functional website
• -- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• -- Experience with responsive design, CSS3 animations, writing and integrating JavaScript and jQuery plugins/components, integrating WordPress themes and plugins & WooCommerce, SVG manipulation
• -- Experience in working with CMS such as Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, ModX, etc
• -- Experience in working with e-commerce platforms
• -- Experience in optimizing websites responsively for all platforms and screen sizes
• -- Experience in optimizing websites and web sites and applications for speed and other key metrics through the use of CDNs, minification, CloudFlare, AMP, etc
• -- Experience in building Search Engine Optimized Web pages and semantic websites with Google Structured Data support
• -- Bug Fixing websites or applications UI needs
• -- Other client-side development tasks
• -- Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation
• -- Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down
• -- Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built
• -- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, and JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, Vue.js, Cordova/ionicJS is a plus
